The Spanish Colonial Revival style of Architecture began around 1915 and lasted for about 30 years. It is found most often in California and Florida. This house was built in 1929.
It has the classic elements of that period: a balcony,
a courtyard and arched windows,
a carved front door,
exposed beams in the living room,
stained glass windows,
cast iron stair railings and light fixtures,
and vivid bathroom tile.
