Amaryllis Belladonna

I have Amaryllis belladonna blooming now in my garden.  They are fragrant and when I bring them in the house, they last a long time in a vase.

I have waited many years for my bulbs to bloom. They are native to Cape Provence in South Africa.

They are sometimes called "Naked Ladies"

because they bloom without leaves, buds and stems coming up quickly from the bare ground.
